Oklahoma City is brimming with optimism, growth and an electricity in the air.
We staged our own transformation in 1990 by investing in our city and our people. It was the start of a renaissance that built an arena for the Thunder NBA team, created the Bricktown Canal out of an alley, dammed the Oklahoma River to create a rowing haven and a whitewater rafting center and rebuilt the vibrancy of downtown Oklahoma City. We are continuing that momentum with a 70-acre park in the heart of the city, a new convention and 4-diamond convention center hotel.
Opportunity Zones provide a new incentive to take a closer look at Oklahoma City and the development and redevelopment potential here.
We are ready for the next wave of possibilities.

“Oklahoma City is experiencing some of the best growth in the country and experiences not found anywhere else. We develop assets across the country and I have never seen the level of collaboration and support we received from the Chamber, City and The Alliance. Our project could not have been possible without their help and expertise."
